Matt and his cousins will discover that their destinies are intimately linked to this family, and to a mysterious young stranger who will stop at nothing to learn their secret.

It takes us to the heart of the Christian mystery. It is a beautiful story about the pure wish of a child that touches the kind heart of a shopkeeper who makes her dream come true. Donal Foley’s book illuminates the nature of a true wish and gives a glimpse of why these wishes—the deepest desires of the heart—come true.”Dr Mitchell Kalpakgian, Professor Emeritus of Humanities, Wyoming Catholic CollegeA door opens up to another time and place, and three cousins suddenly find themselves thrust into a daring adventure none of them expected. Read and enjoy!”John McNichol, author, The Young Chesterton Chronicles, 1 & 2, and The King’s Gambit

This story lies somewhere between Enid Blyton and C.S. Lewis... it has all the ambiance of a 'Famous Five' adventure, combined with the mysterious 'time-travelling' abilities of the Narnia children, while the setting - France under the Occupation - has the ring of authenticity and was obviously well researched. What's coming next, Mr Foley

This book was recommended to me, but I didn't know what to expect from it. However from the first page of the book, I was completely drawn in, and couldn't put it down! All the ingredients are there for an epic time-travelling adventure. I can't wait for the sequel!
